A little kitchen wisdom
Traditional trahanas can be 'sour' (made with fermented milk/yogurt) or 'sweet' (made with fresh milk). Sour trahanas is most common for this soup style. For extra richness, whisk an egg with a little lemon juice and stir it in at the very end.
